Snapshots Playwright Spotlight Conversations
September 9th, 11th, 16th, 17th and 18th
Join us for a series of interactive conversations and mini-workshops with some of the talented playwrights who have crossed our path as they develop their craft.
Whether through participating in our Snapshots Short Play Festival or as a member of our summer oRidginator Lab residency program, these playwrights are making their mark and we want to share their journeys during the run of Piggyland this September, which began its life beyond the page with Theatre on the Ridge in 2024.
Each session features a different playwright and we hope you’ll join us for as many as you can. Each session runs from 1 – 4 pm and includes conversation, excerpts from works in progress and short playwriting exercises for participants.
Sessions are held at The Blackstock United Cultural Centre (formerly the Blackstock United Church) at 3483 Church St., Blackstock, ON, L0B 1B0.
