All information received will be kept confidential. Please type or print neatly. Once registration is confirmed, additional program details and information will be sent prior to start date.

Fees are payable in full at time of registration. Registration is not confirmed until payment of fees has been made. Fees are non-refundable after July 25, 2025. Any refunds requested prior to July 25 are subject to an administration fee of $5/session. Theatre on the Ridge reserves the right to cancel any PLAY IN A DAY session due to insufficient enrolment.
