Playmakers: Introduction to Playwriting
Explore the power of words and learn playwriting fundamentals in this fun workshop that covers the basics and highlights the creative process of creating work for the stage. Through word games and exercises, participants will create simple monologues, dialogues and an ensemble collaborative piece over three hours. The workshop is led by Theatre on the Ridge artistic director, Carey Nicholson and no previous creative writing experience is required.
