It’s hard being the only monster in a small town lake, not to mention the lake’s only caretaker, but in Monsters and Milfoil: A Tale of Lake Scugog, much maligned lake monster Scugie shares the history and importance of Lake Scugog through interactive fun and song. Our first theatre for young audiences (TYA) production returns to the live stage this summer to delight young and old alike, with a gentle reminder that we all have a part to play in caring for this precious Scugog resource. The original production of Monsters and Milfoil was made possible in partnership with the Scugog Lake Stewards and with the support of the Scugog Council for the Arts.
